Efficient and small town friendly. Never have to worry about a gate change. They go above and beyond for all their customers. Still the best small town airport in Michigan!!

I used to fly frequently through this airport until recently although my grievances were built up overtime. There's a woman on site who's very unprofessional. During the pandemic when masks were required this employee would ramble about her political beliefs over the intercom for over half an hour while everyone was just waiting to board. The same employee also worked in TSA at one point and pulled me aside for a keychain, I was confused as I've never been pulled over for this item and when I asked about it she told me to, "Check my privilege." So I did by switching to a different airport to fly with.
